About Pricemonk

Pricemonk is a price-management product built for B2B manufacturers and distributors who have outgrown Excel-based pricing but don't want to buy — or wait two years to deploy — a heavyweight enterprise pricing suite.

Why we exist

We kept seeing the same picture inside mid-market commercial teams: a handful of analysts maintaining brittle pricing workbooks, no approval trail, no version history, and a recurring fire-drill every time finance asked who approved which discount. The enterprise pricing tools that solve this are over-scoped, over-priced, and take a year to implement. Most teams don't need a new pricing engine; they need a controlled workflow and proper governance on top of the pricing decisions they already make.

That is what Pricemonk does. It centralises price lists and pricing logic, manages approvals and change control, and provides margin visibility and an audit-ready history of every price decision. It works alongside your ERP — it does not replace it.
